About SaaaS

SaaaS — pronounced “say us” — stands for Salesforce Admin, Analyst & Architect as a Service.

SaaaS was founded by Levent, a Salesforce practice leader and Trailblazer community leader with twenty years in the ecosystem. It grew out of a simple observation: most Salesforce problems aren’t technology problems. They are role problems — orgs with an admin but no architect, an architect but no analyst, or heroic individuals doing all three badly out of necessity.

SaaaS answers that with a subscription practice built on three commitments:

  1. Simplify the complex. Every design choice is a conscious one, made against a visible blueprint — the Carematrix — not by default.
  2. Document everything. User stories, change requests, patterns, time. If it isn’t written down, it didn’t happen.
  3. Teach while delivering. Training, patterns and guides are part of the service, because a client who understands their org is a better client.

The SaaaS family

saaas.world/ is the front door. Around it: saaas.consulting for the service practice, saaas.academy for training, and more rooms of the house opening over time. SaaaS operates from Sofia, Bulgaria, and works with clients across Europe and beyond.
